Short walk to Dotonbori where the shops and food is. Has an excellent range of travel essentials you may have forgotten to pack (toothbrushes, hairbrush, soap, hair gel etc) at the reception. The reception also has a manga bookshelf with lounges. Has washing machine facilities for a fee. Has a place to put shoes inside your hotel room. Has a small fridge (excellent for 7 Eleven shopping) and a quiet kettle. The toilet is heated. Easy to opt into the breakfast buffet in the morning.

Super close to train stations, restaurants and shopping center. Staffs are all very accommodating and give excellent customer service. Very generous with bathroom condiments which they call "amenities". And lets you use Panasonic beauty devices such as hair dryer, curlers, flat iron, and the Panasonic Nanocare Beauty device, free of charge! If you're a lady travelling with your girl friends, you'll love this hotel! You may ask them to arrange your hotel-airport vise versa pick up as well. Very excellent!

Location was perfect. Right next to the metro station and within walking distance to Dotonbori, the Glico Sign, and many major shopping streets and food markets. The room itself was clean and comfortable, although it was on the smaller side (which is typical for Japan). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and were even able to assist with shipping my larger suitcase to my next hotel so I wouldn't have to carry it on the Shinkansen.

Location of the hotel is very nice. It's close enough to the bustling Dotonbori area to walk there within 5 minutes but far enough not to be bothered by its noise and drunk people. Room was clean and fairly comfortable. It's close to the train lines that conveniently connects you with Shin-Osaka Station, Osaka Castle and Shinsekai.

They gave us cute pyjamas and lots of amenities including hair brush, many types of tea, beauty face masks, and bubble bath powders! Great location only a couple minutes walk to Shinsaibashi station and about 7 min walk to Dontomburi if you don’t get distracted by all the shops!

The location of the hotel is excellent for those looking to use the Osaka metro a lot and there's also a bus stop just 50-100 meters away from the hotel which can take you right up front the Don Quijote Store at the Ebisu Bridge. The staff were very nice and accommodating to our inquiries and requests.

Staff were friendly! Yummy buffet breakfast! If only it was included instead of as an additional cost. Otherwise, loveeeee the spa treatment amenities. The bath powder and the face mask were so good after a long day of walking around the area. Close to transit stations and self check-in/out kiosks!

Location was quite accessible. A lot of restaurants and shops around the area. Walkable to shopping areas and a good exercise walking towards Dotonburi. Bathroom and cosmetic amenities are the most complete I have seen. You can get what you need from Bath salts to make up remover, cotton, body sponge, hair tie, hair brush, razor, facial wash, face mask, sunscreen and the usual toothbrush. Everything you might need during your stay are provided at the lobby; just take what you need. I also love that our room came with a separate toilet and shower.

It’s clean, near train stations, restaurants and the Shinsaibashi shopping street. Toiletries such as toothbrush with toothpaste, razor, comb, facial cream/toner/wash, hair tie, men’s facial cleanser/hair wax, face mask, shower cap, bath salts etc. are always available at the lobby for FREE. Breakfast is good but it’s the same menu everyday except for the Japanese Sausage and meatballs which was served alternately everyday. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

We had a really pleasant and satisfactory stay at the inn. First, the location was great as it was only a 2 minute walk to nearby train stations and the shopping district. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. They were a bit on the small end, but it was still enough for travelers who come and go. The staff were also great and courteously communicates with us even before our stay and during. They provided everything we could need in an inn. I’m glad we booked in this hotel.
